Jurgis Tarabilda
Jurgis Tarabilda is a graduate of the Vilnius Academy of Arts. In 2017, his work was awarded the Audience Prize at the “Young painter prize” competition, and in 2020, he was named the best artist at “ArtVilnius’20”, a contemporary art fair.
Narratives appear in the artist’s work intuitively; he hopes that the drawings will provoke the viewers, raise questions, and create an individual narrative, which each person can evaluate according to their experiences.
